The Secretariat performs the technical and administrative work required to support premix fuel administration and the National Premix Fuel Committee.
Operational support
Technical and administrative functions include maintaining distribution records, preparing operational information and supporting coordination across the premix fuel supply chain.
Stakeholder coordination
The Secretariat coordinates with Landing Beach Committees, Oil Marketing Companies, licensed operators and other stakeholders involved in premix fuel distribution.
Complaints and reports
Beneficiaries may submit complaints or reports concerning premix fuel. The Secretariat receives these submissions and forwards them to the National Premix Fuel Committee for consideration and redress.
