Supply reconciliation
Monitoring compares fuel requested by the Secretariat and supplied by licensed operators with quantities lifted by Oil Marketing Companies and received by Landing Beach Committees.
Performance and financial oversight
The Secretariat arranges annual performance audits of Landing Beach Committees and initiates an annual external financial audit as part of its accountability responsibilities.
Reporting and evaluation
Findings from monitoring and reconciliation inform reports and advice to the National Premix Fuel Committee on premix fuel administration.
